Returns & Exchanges

At UNTAG, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your fit isn't perfect, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
